We’re now looking for an Engineering Lead to join this exciting and creative team. Naturally you’ll have experience as a true people leader with a track record of nurturing quality practices in your team, made up here of developers and testers.
Our team works in an Agile environment, so you’ll also champion continuous delivery, test automation and a culture of shared accountability, customer focus and improvement. We’re a customer-centric organization so an understanding of our audience (using web, mobile, connected TVs and set top boxes) is really important.

While our ideal person will have worked in a similar role with exposure to similar digital products and Agile processes we’re also really interested in how you work. We’re looking for a leader who can inspire excitement and passion in exploring the technical possibilities through boundless enthusiasm and energy, and a genuine coaching style. As an experienced Engineering Lead you’ll have a developer background and so act as a thought leader and hands on role model. You’ll have experience at taking a hypothesis-led approach, experimenting and iterating based on data and customer feedback.
