In line with SBS’s ongoing evolution and under the guidance of the Content Operations Lead, the Content Operations Specialist/Business Analyst’s primary role is to design documentation with regards to training and workflows, user requirement assessments and user acceptance testing that helps to maximise efficiency and effectiveness within the TV Online and Content Division.
