About the role
The National Sales Manager NITV is responsible for developing and leading growth strategies for revenue and revenue share within NITV’s television and digital sales portfolio, in line with the SBS Media Sales and SBS Corporate Plans.
This role a stand-alone role, reporting into the Director of SBS Media Sales and has no direct report.
With a strategic outlook, the position will work with the NITV team and other members of the SBS Media Sales leadership team to optimise growth within a complex market and achieve results consistent with the divisional goals. The role will drive the strategic direction for the NITV TV and Digital sales cycle incorporating high value insights, with the execution of a consumer relationship management strategy.
Critical to this role, we are looking for someone who is passionate about, understands and can celebrate the unique and inspiring storytelling of NITV.
We're looking for a well-rounded Sales Executive who is ready for that next step. Because this role is about developing, servicing and growing agency relationships, we’re looking for someone who is an outstanding communicator and who is able to build and maintain effective relationships. We’re looking for someone who has experience preparing PowerPoint presentations, could put together production briefs and completing sales reports. You'll ideally have experience in providing effective sales solutions to National Media Agency clients and have established relationships within the agency market. Experience selling television and/or digital video will be highly regarded, but not a must. You must be audience obsessed, and dedicated to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
