About the role

The Presentation and Promo Planning Team at SBS is seeking a dynamic, talented and multi-skilled team member to join us in the position of Presentation and Promo Planning Scheduler. In addition to shared team tasks, you will mainly be responsible from:

  • Delivering daily transmission schedules for all SBS channels, including SBS Main Channel, SBS Viceland, Food Network and NITV;
  • Scheduling on-air promotion events in line with SBS Marketing Strategy and audience data;
  • Organising production and scheduling of all traffic elements including voiceovers, end credit squeezes, bumpers and secondary events.

About you

  • Some knowledge of an on-air presentation / scheduling software (preferably IBMS / Pilat);
  • Previous experience in a similar position;
  • An understanding of broadcast operations and transmission schedules.

We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who has a background in media, with well-developed communication skills and an understanding of presentation and promo scheduling principles. This might be an experienced presentation or traffic co-ordinator, looking for their next challenge.
