The Business Affairs Coordinator supports the Business Affairs Managers in the preparation of contracts and purchase orders in accordance with agreed terms, the preparation of correspondence, and maintenance of associated rights, financial and file management systems. The role works with, and as part of, the commercial team that’s responsible for a range of administrative tasks relating to the acquisition and commissioning of television broadcasting, online and digital rights for SBS channels.
To be successful you’ll have exceptional attention to detail and possess well developed administrative skills including a proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and good problem solving skills. Previous Business Affairs experience within the Film and Television industry is desirable, however applicants who demonstrate a strong interest in the field combined with the relevant skills will be considered.
