The Role
The National TV & Digital Sales Manager is a senior commercial leader responsible for accelerating revenue growth across SBS’s national TV and Digital portfolio. This role sets the strategic direction for national sales, driving share growth, yield optimisation and digital acceleration.
You’ll lead a high performing sales culture, set clear standards, and take hands on ownership of major opportunities, pitches and negotiations. With a strong commercial lens, you’ll proactively identify risks and unlock revenue across BVOD, Linear TV, Digital Audio, and cross platform solutions.
A key part of the role is evolving SBS’s commercial proposition, translating content, data and audience insights into compelling market offering, developing new products, and strengthening SBS’s position as a solutions led partner. You’ll also build and bring influential relationships with senior agency and client stakeholders, ensuring SBS is front of mind in a competitive landscape.
About you
You’re an experienced and commercially sharp sales leader with a track record of delivering sustained revenue growth in complex, high value environments. With at least seven years’ experience in advertising sales, you bring deep knowledge of both TV and Digital, and a clear understanding of the evolving future of broadcast media.
You thrive in fast paced, performance driven environments and know how to build momentum, lift standards and inspire teams. You’re hands-on, strategic and commercially decisive. You’re comfortable leading major deals, navigating senior stakeholders, and spotting opportunities.
You’re excited by the chance to shape the next chapter of SBS’s commercial growth and lead a team that’s passionate about impact, innovation and cultural connection.

A data driven mindset and strong grasp of audience insights and CRM led selling
Confidence in shaping market propositions and developing new commercial products
The ability to build deep, trusted relationships with agencies, marketers and partners
