Creative Manager (Brand & Art Direction)

About the Role

This is a Creative Manager position within the SBS Marketing Division. Provide graphic design leadership and guidance across SBS channels and digital platforms with regards to brand strategy and visual identity. Work with the creative and marketing teams to ensure high quality graphic design and creative solutions for SBS Creative across broadcast channels and 360 marketing campaigns.

The main tasks/responsibilities include:

Creative Leadership – Brand.

  1. Work with stakeholders across SBS’ ongoing brand strategy and vision.
  2. Ensure visual identity consistency across SBS’ various channels and brands

Creative Leadership- Art Direction.

  1. Provide graphic design guidance across SBS channels and platforms.
  2. Lead or support on creative concept development and production of SBS marketing 360 campaigns across all media channels.
  3. Lead and produce special projects including brand and corporate collateral.
  4. Provide art direction development support to campaign teams in response to strategic briefs

Creative Leadership.

  1. Build a high-performance culture managing and mentoring creative staff as required
  2. Present persuasive creatives and build confidence in the team’s ability.

About you:

  • 10+ years’ experience in graphic design/art direction.
  • Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven experience of building brands and visual identity.
  • Experience working in broadcast.
  • Experience delivering 360 marketing campaigns from concept to final delivery
  • Experience working with external production companies, collaborating to direct visuals for film/motion/video, digital, web, social media etc.
  • Exceptional technical knowledge across broadcast, digital, UX, web and social channels.
