About the role
This role will see you use your sales and customer relations experience and passion to drive large scale social change through selling highly engaging and innovative online training in Inclusion and diversity.
The SBS inclusion program is a new online training program designed to build capability within organisations around inclusion and diversity. Built in collaboration with leading organisations the program includes highly engaging courses featuring real stories, the latest research and practical advice. The courses covers diversity dimensions including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, LGBTIQ, Gender, Cultural Diversity, Age and Disability
Your role will be to build long term relationships with a large number of organisations to encourage ongoing licensing of existing and new courses. There is a strong pipeline of existing customers from the highly successful Cultural Competence Program and an ongoing and growing pipeline of new enquiries generated by substantial marketing activity. The existing customer base includes Commonwealth and State government agencies, corporates, Universities, health and aged care providers and not for profits.
Working in a small high performance team you will be responsible for responding to new sales enquiries and building ongoing relationships with customers. We are looking for people with sales experience who can engage with middle –senior management and establish strong relationships. Whilst an understanding of inclusion and diversity issues would be highly regarded, sales experience, tenacity and a passion to do good are essential.
