Sales Coordinator - SBS Inclusion Program

About the role

You will be a key member of a small, high performing team, building and delivering Australia’s leading Inclusion and Diversity training program in a high growth, customer centric environment. Your role will be to support the team’s sales and licensing activities and to deliver premium customer service to a large and expanding customer base.

The SBS Inclusion program is comprised of a growing portfolio of courses and filmed assets which are currently licensed to more than 450 organisations and more than 700,000 employees. The training is designed to build social cohesion through fostering workplace inclusion.

In addition your duties will include:

  • Contributing to the achievement of shared sales objectives
  • Assisting the Sales Executive in providing information for all enquiries and following up on enquiries related to the Inclusion Program.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for clients
  • Helping prepare contracts for clients
  • Maintaining appropriate files/records
  • Providing sales support to the Sales Executive and the general Distribution team when required including:
    • Providing premium customer service to clients throughout their journey from enquiry to sale and beyond
    • Preparing sales proposals, presentations and "leave-behind" documents for clients
    • Retrieving information from databases as required
    • Maintaining client databases and CRM information
    • Attending client meetings with Sales Executive as required

      About you 

      We are looking for someone who has strong customer service skills and experience, someone who is customer centric focussed. In addition you will have;

      • Well-developed customer service and customer relations skills and experience.
      • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and be keen to learn new software packages.
      • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to prepare general correspondence, sales presentations, reports and spreadsheets.
      • Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail (a must).
      • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, with a polite yet confident demeanour.
      • Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities to meet set targets/outcomes.
      • A tertiary education is preferred but not necessary.
