The Role
Reporting to the Director of Media Sales, the National Manager, CulturalConnect leads SBS Media's CulturalConnect business unit and is accountable for SBS Media’s strategy and thought leadership, client solutions, creative & production, and trade marketing capabilities.
This role is focused on driving commercial growth through market-leading thought leadership, strategic partnerships and innovative client solutions. The role is responsible for unlocking opportunities across SBS and NITV's unique content and audience assets spanning Television, Digital, Social and Audio, while strengthening SBS Media's differentiated position and influence across the media industry.
This is a highly visible leadership role, shaping SBS Media's go-to-market strategy and fostering collaboration across Sales, Content, Marketing and Production teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and Australia's diverse communities.
This is a full-time, 12 month parental leave contract role. Hybrid work arrangements are available, working 2 days from home and 3 days in our Artarmon office.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading a high-performing team of 27 specialists across Strategy & Thought Leadership, Client Solutions, Creative & Production, Trade Marketing and Project Management, providing direction, coaching and development to four senior leaders.
