This role is classified as Level 4 role under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement (with a base salary range of $96,483 to $106,688). The successful applicant will be offered remuneration that is commensurate with their skills and experience and in alignment with this framework.

 

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented Campaign Manager to bring to life one of the most high-profile marketing campaigns in the country — the FIFA World Cup 2026. This is your chance to lead the delivery of a large-scale, integrated campaign that brings together sport, culture and community.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with internal Creative and Marketing teams, Brand Partnerships, Sales, Sport, Audio Language Content and News teams, you’ll ensure every element of this campaign is executed seamlessly across paid and owned channels.

You’ll be the central link between stakeholders, aligning efforts to drive strong outcomes: from campaign rollout and asset management, to supporting creative production and ensuring on-time trafficking and delivery. It’s a fast-paced, high-impact role in a collaborative and supportive environment.

 

About You

You’re a proactive, energetic marketing project manager who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’re a natural collaborator with exceptional organisation and communication skills, and you know how to bring together teams and timelines to deliver standout work.

Your passion for media, marketing and sport is matched by your strategic mindset and hands-on experience driving multi-channel campaigns from concept through to execution.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong project management skills, particularly in multi-channel complex environments
  • Solid understanding of creative production workflows
  • Experience planning and executing across a broad range of digital media channels – social, programmatic, content marketing, CRM, search, and more. Experience in digital product marketing highly regarded.
  • Experience working with media agencies and external partners
  • Media, sport and/or creative agency experience highly regarded
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to lead and mentor others, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team culture
  • Confidence collaboration tools (Jira, Miro), and reporting platforms like Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
