About SBS CulturalConnect

SBS CulturalConnect is a division within SBS Media, made up of strategy, creative and solutions specialists who connect organisations to culture, community and Country across SBS’s unique ecosystem.

Working nationally across SBS Media, the team develops innovative, multi-platform commercial solutions for advertisers across TV, SBS On Demand, digital, social, audio, in-language platforms, events and branded content.

Creative Services plays a key role in bringing these campaigns to life, partnering with internal teams, clients and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that connect brands with Australia’s most diverse audiences.

The Role

The CulturalConnect team within SBS Media is seeking a dynamic, organised and solutions-focused Creative & Implementation Executive to join the team.

This role is suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, campaign implementation, creative problem solving and production coordination.

As part of the Advertising Sales division, CulturalConnect develops innovative multi-platform solutions that connect advertisers with SBS’s diverse audiences. The Creative & Implementation Executive plays a key role in bringing these campaigns to life, managing the end-to-end delivery of integrated commercial campaigns across SBS platforms, including TV, digital, social, audio, in-language campaigns and SBS Media trade marketing initiatives.

Working closely with the Creative & Implementation Manager, Solutions team, and Head of Creative Services, and broader stakeholders across SBS including Sport, Marketing, Content, SBS On Demand, Technology, Codes & Legal, this role is responsible for coordinating campaigns from pitch and planning through to production, implementation, execution, and post-campaign reporting.

This role also works closely with clients, agencies, language service providers, and external production partners to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard, on time, within budget, and in line with SBS commercial, editorial, and compliance requirements.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, commercially minded, collaborative, and calm under pressure, someone who can build strong relationships, manage competing priorities, and help drive exceptional campaign outcomes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project managing integrated commercial campaigns from briefing through to delivery across multiple SBS platforms.
  • Coordinating campaign production, implementation, approvals, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder workflows.
  • Supporting the delivery of in-language campaign adaptations and production where required, including coordination of translation, localisation, and versioned asset delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation including timelines, scopes of work, production estimates, project plans, and workflow documentation.
  • Reviewing campaign requirements and creative briefs to assess feasibility, production readiness, implementation requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinating internal teams, external suppliers, agencies, freelancers, and production partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Supporting the development of creative and commercially viable campaign responses for client briefs, including brainstorming and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Supporting sponsorship and branded content campaign delivery across key SBS properties including SBS Sport and NITV.
  • Coordinating post-campaign reporting and performance wrap-ups.

About You

You’ll bring 2+ years’ experience in project management, production, implementation, campaign delivery, or creative operations within a media, advertising, marketing, broadcast, or content environment.

You’ll also have:

  • Experience delivering multi-platform campaigns across TV, digital, social, audio, events, or branded content.
  • Strong understanding of campaign production workflows, project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery best practice.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across diverse teams.
  • Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of client service within a media or advertising environment.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • An understanding of social and digital campaign environments would be highly regarded.
