This role is classified as Level 2 (annual base salary $68, 239 - $89, 139) under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement. The successful applicant will be offered remuneration that is commensurate with their skills and experience and in alignment with this framework.

The Department
At the heart of SBS, Audio and Language Content has over 60 language teams engaging audiences in conversations on Australian and international news and current affairs, and connecting communities through stories and providing settlement information. We deliver services across radio, podcasting, online and social media.
The Role
With a sound understanding of the Rohingya-speaking community in Australia and its cultural sensitivities, as a producer, you will contribute to fostering audience engagement on-air and online. Prior experience in journalism or broadcasting will be highly regarded.
This is a part-time position, located in either our Sydney or Melbourne studios, offering 8 hours per week minimum.
About you
The successful candidate is required to undertake shift work which can include presenting on-air programs late in the evening and on weekends. Only residents based in Australia with working rights are eligible to apply.
