The Role

Reporting into the National Manager In Language Sales and Multicultural Solutions, with a dotted line to the Studio Operations Manager, this role provides a broad range of administrative and operational support services to support two distinct sales and studio team functions, in compliance with operational expectations, policies and procedures

About you

• You are process driven with a high attention to detail. You’ve solid proficiency in Microsoft word and have the ability to learn and quickly adapt to new operating systems.  You form strong, fair and respectful working relationships with ease, and are a good communicator in English, written and spoken.  You have the ability to capture data and detailed processes in a way that is easy to understand. A team player, you also have the initiative to self-manage and support successful project outcomes.
