About the role:

Reporting to the Team Lead, Financial Transactions this role will see you doing the following:

• Examining invoices for accuracy and compliance with taxation requirements and SBS policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the timely and accurate entry of invoices into the scanning tool (WFR) and sent to the appropriate requestors for processing.
• Being the understudy to the Concur Administrator and perform their daily duties when required
• Covering in other roles such as the Accounts Receivable Co-Ordinator and Cashier Role within the Transactions Team when staff are on leave
• Assisting other staff members during times of high workload

About you:

• Accounting or related tertiary degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong operational Oracle Financial 
• Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookups and Pivot tables etc)
• Experience performing end of month reconciliations
• SAP Concur Experience is desirable
