About the role

SBS has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Analyst to join the Analytics team in the Marketing division, an innovative and audience obsessed team supporting content that makes a difference.

This role will be focused on data & analytics to measure and improve marketing effectiveness across owned and paid digital media channels.

You will work closely with different teams and stakeholders across the marketing division and the broader organisation including content and data teams.

What you will be doing

  • Working closely with the marketing team on the implementation and measurement of marketing campaigns across owned and paid digital marketing channels
  • Create bespoke audience segments using first party data to improve targeting and effectiveness of house ads (video and display)
  • Implement the test and learn roadmap to build marketing channel attribution and ROI modelling (including retention / customer lifetime value)
  • Set up and track A/B testing to optimise creative and messaging effectiveness
  • Analyse audience behaviour data and produce insights to feed into campaign strategy
  • Create dashboards and visualisations using Tableau

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about data based marketing, adaptable and collaborative. Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with an analytic and data driven mindset.
  • Technical Skills in Data manipulation (SQL), BI & analytics Tools (Tableau, Adobe Analytics), and programming language (R) good to have
  • Experience in data analytics, executing test and learn strategies/significance testing along the lines of measuring campaign effectiveness and channel testing

This role is currently working remotely from home while restrictions are in place.
