The Role

Reporting into the FP&A Manager, this role will see you doing the following:

• Business partner for allocated division(s) including preparing and reviewing annual budgets and forecasts and ensuring month end close for allocated division(s) including monthly variance analysis  
• Business partner with the Group Planning & Reporting Team in delivering corporation level requirements including government submissions
• Drive visibility and ownership by delivering timely reporting and analysis
• Undertake regular financial analysis to provide informative updates to key stakeholders including risks & opportunities
• Develop a strong understanding of the business to drive business performance and strategic direction
• Drive continuous improvement and as a result develop and implement new ways of working, processes and systems to meet current and future needs of SBS

About you

• CA or CPA 
• Relevant hands-on management accounting and FP&A experience
• Strong communication skills - written and oral – and comfort in dealing with representatives from all levels of an organisation
• Advanced excel proficiency  
• Experience in the media industry or a large corporation highly desirable
• Experience with systems such as TM1 and Oracle highly advantageous
