The Department
The SBS People & Culture team are responsible for creating amazing employee experiences. We look after our people and help to cultivate the workplace environment and its culture. We oversee and support the entire employee lifecycle as well as providing the SBS team with the full spectrum of HR services and processes including Payroll, Safety, Learning, Health & Wellbeing, Employment Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition and Capability Development. The Role
We are currently taking expressions of interest for a First Nations P&C Business Partner.
As a key role within the P&C team, this role would see you partnering with different areas of the business as allocated and playing a key role in contributing to the delivery of the People & Culture function for SBS. This includes functioning as a subject matter expert and providing advice, guidance and support to enable business leaders to achieve their goals and deliver an amazing employee experience for highly engaged teams. It is a requirement of this role that incumbents have had two vaccinations with an approved Covid-19 vaccination in line with the ATAGI guidelines. We do however have a medical exemption process and we would be happy to discuss your application should this be applicable to you.
