The Role

The Adobe Campaign Specialist will be working on a wide range of campaign programs connecting subscribers with our unique, brilliant and engaging streaming content. Reporting to the Head of CRM, this role will see you designing and implementing innovative campaign logic and leading workshops as a Subject Matter Expert. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a growing, dedicated team with a clear focus on marketing automation, and a rich and diverse subscriber landscape. Hit the ground by developing workflows and processes that leverage rich data and content.  Increase scope by adding campaign features using Adobe Analytics, AEM, CDP, Target, and other products in Experience Cloud. 

Through brainstorming sessions with leadership, and other teams across marketing, technical, product and data, you will be identifying opportunities, making recommendations, optimising metrics, and insight.  Then help the team build marketing automation that will drive subscriber programs to new heights!  

It is a requirement of this role that incumbents are vaccinated with at least two doses of an approved Covid-19 vaccination. We do however have a medical exemption process and we would be happy to discuss your application should this be applicable to you.

This role is currently working remotely from home while restrictions are in place.

About you

You have experience working in Adobe Campaign Standard, or Classic and can demonstrate experience in the following areas:  

  • Designing meaningful experiences for program subscribers 
  • Driving and enhancing ongoing improvements in campaign workflows, and deliverability  
  • Developing new and existing data points, improving attribution, personalisation, etc.   
  • Measuring program concepts and methods, subscriber experience, developing insight and effects 
  • Maintaining and managing databases 
  • Writing queries in SQL 
  • Coding email, web forms and landing pages in HTML and JavaScript  
  • Making recommendations that grow engagement and audience  
  • Training and mentoring others  
  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration  
  • Articulating complex technical design to non-technical stakeholders and management 
  • Working with, and presenting to, people at all levels  

Prior experience in any of the following areas will be highly regarded:  

  • Working with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Target, CDP, DMP, AEM, Analytics 
  • Developing in other marketing Automation platforms  
  • Coordinating multi-channel automation (web, mobile notifications, social messaging)   
  • Automation in other e-commerce, CRM, ETL, ERP, CMS, and other platforms  
  • Developing capabilities and connecting systems through interfaces JSON, REST, XML, etc.  
  • SEM: Working with cookies and trackers, web analytics  
  • Display advertising  
  • Re-targeting   
  • A/B Testing
  • Web and HTML programming 
  • Scripting, and/or other types of programming 
  • Service Management systems
