We are on the lookout for an awesome professional to join our team in a newly created full time, permanent opportunity. The P&C Business Partner team is a close-knit team â we look after one another, we work hard but also love a good laugh.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will balance a combination of both virtual and onsite work in Artarmon, Sydney.
You’ll build trusted partnerships with divisional Directors and leadership teams, leading your assigned business units through the full spectrum of HR matters and people initiatives.
About you
As the successful candidate you will be able to balance strategy with tactical execution and won’t be afraid of getting your hands dirty. You’ll be adept at resolving problems, thinking outside the box, negotiating successfully and confidently at all levels, whilst juggling multiple priorities at the same time.
Although you will need to be a broad all-round generalist, you will be confident in ER/IR, in understanding and applying EAs/EBAs, and in leading culture and change initiatives to deliver inclusive employee experiences and high engagement.
The right person to join our team will be a passionate and values driven P&C Business Partner who can hit the ground running, experienced in partnering with businesses with diverse functions and needs, and be able to demonstrate:
