The Department

The SBS Inclusion Program is an initiative of SBS Media. The SBS Inclusion Program is comprised of a growing portfolio of courses and filmed assets which are currently licensed to more than 1000 organisations and more than 1.2 million employees. The premium training program has been designed to build social cohesion through fostering workplace inclusion.

The Role

Working closely with the Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for selling and licensing the SBS Inclusion Program online courses to organisations and strengthening the relationship between SBS and these organisations. This position is an integral member of the sales team and is expected to contribute to multiple projects that are designed specifically to assist in meeting sales objectives and delivering premium client service to a large and expanding customer base. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promptly respond to sales opportunities and enquiries related to the SBS Inclusion Program
  • Utilise your strong relationship skills to build on existing pipeline and extend to new potential customers
  • Listen to clients and provide diversity and inclusion training solutions for their organisations
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction and sales by providing premium customer service to clients throughout their journey from enquiry to sale and beyond in a demanding deadline driven environment
  • Manage onboarding process for clients
  • Host and attend client meetings
  • Maintain client databases, information and prepare client contracts.

 About You

  • Diversity, Inclusion and Cultural awareness experience or interest
  • Demonstrated capacity to keep up to date with inclusion trends and emerging policies that affect workplaces and the clients we have relationships with
  • Contribute to the setting and achievement of SBS Inclusion program objectives
  • Actively contribute to diversity, equity and inclusion content creation discussions
  • Actively participate in team strategy discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities to meet set targets/outcomes.
  • High proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to prepare general correspondence, sales presentations, reports and spreadsheets.
