About the role

Suitable for a candidate with experience in managing end to end recruitment processes and in working with hiring managers to develop bespoke sourcing strategies and approaches.

The duties include but are not limited to:

  • Engaging with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define, design and implement talent sourcing solutions for critical or high impact senior roles
  • Supporting the ongoing development of the SBS Employer Value Proposition and brand
  • Providing resources or training for hiring managers to enable best practice hiring methodology, recruitment and search procedures, candidate sourcing and management, selection and screening tools
  • Performing end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates for top executive and critical roles as required
  • Developing engaged talent communities
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive marketplace for talent acquisition
  • Executing on specialised employment programs and strategies

About you 

We are looking for proactive candidates with a collaborative mindset, capable of working autonomously as well as in a team. Ideally, you would have:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a recruitment process from brief through to onboarding
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Well organised with experience in delivering to deadlines
  • Well-developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to be flexible and uphold these in a demanding deadline driven environment.
