This role is classified as Level 2 role under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement offering a highly competitive salary package reflective of your experience, complemented by a generous commission structure. 

This is a full-time, ongoing role with a hybrid working arrangements available - work 3 days in our Brisbane CBD office, and 2 days from home. 

Reporting to the QLD Group Sales Manager this role will see you: 

• Partner with the wider QLD Sales team to deliver specialist digital support across briefs and integrated responses.
• Identify new digital revenue opportunities across key agencies and clients, with a focus on programmatically traded revenue.
• Develop relationships and collaborate with digital and programmatic agency teams as well as Supply Side Platforms (SSPs) and Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), to ensure seamless transaction of Digital campaigns.
• Champion and commercialise our BVOD platform, SBS On Demand, clearly articulating its value to clients and agencies.
• Contribute to the strategic development of digital and integrated sales proposals that cut through in a competitive market.
• Act as the digital and programmatic subject‑matter expert, upskilling the sales team and supporting capability development.
• Collaborate closely with Digital Operations and Programmatic teams on deal setup, troubleshooting, optimisation and new tech rollouts.
• Provide revenue analysis on a regular basis to ensure trading desk hygiene and optimisation, in addition to making recommendations that will improve performance.

About you 

• Proven ability and 3-5 years’ experience in providing effective digital trading and transaction 
• Demonstrated expertise and understanding of programmatic landscape, operations and software
• Enjoy collaborating across different teams including sales and operations to achieve shared goals and problem solve 
• Confident in creating compelling sales proposals using a range of tools and platforms.
• An understanding of the competitive capabilities within the streaming and online video landscape
• Solid understanding of the digital media landscape, including streaming, online video and competitive market capabilities.
