This role is classified as Level 2 role under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement (with a base salary range of $68,239 - $89,139) + 15% commission structure. The successful applicant will be offered remuneration that is commensurate with their skills and experience and in alignment with this framework.

About the Role

The SBS Media Sales team is a team that is driven by a culture of continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team to continue to drive and implement SBS Media’s sales strategy. Crucial to this role is managing and growing Brisbane's agency client base, and building positive, lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

This is a temporary full-time role for approx 12 months, until January 2027. 

About you

You will likely be working as a Sales Executive at present within the media industry. You will have a record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, understanding your clients' marketing challenges, and proactively working with colleagues and clients to provide effective solutions.

In addition, you will have:

• Previous experience in leadership would be well considered as you will manage and coach your team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a range of situations
• Negotiation skills and ability to ensure value is maximised for both clients and the business
• Great customer service and presentation skills
